Key Qualifications:

Current and active RBT license valid in the state of Illinois Previous experience working with children in a school setting strongly preferred Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Proficiency in implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compassion, adaptability, and patience when supporting students behavioral and academic goals

Primary Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies as outlined in treatment plans Collect and record data accurately to measure student progress and inform future interventions Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to maximize student success Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs Support classroom inclusion and participate in team meetings and professional development sessions Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times This position features a schedule of 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with 32.5 hours per week.
