The Board Certified Behavior Analyst supports students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs by designing and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention plans. This role collaborates closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes and a supportive school environment across the district.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans using applied behavior analysis principles. Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students across school settings. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies. Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral practices and data collection methods. Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain required documentation and reports. Ensure compliance with state, district, and ethical standards related to behavioral services.

Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children and adolescents in school-based or educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, functional assessments, and data-driven decision-making. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with staff and families. Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
