Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by supporting their behavioral and educational growth in a dynamic school environment. We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position is available on a contract basis, with flexibility for full-time or part-time hours, and a start date of August 11th or 12th. The assignment will run through May 28th, contingent on the school calendar.
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across various grade levels Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed Collaborate with educators, administrators, and support staff Provide supervision and support to a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Respond proactively to behavioral needs district-wide, offering expertise and guidance across multiple settings Work on campus during standard school hours (8:10 am-3:15 pm), with extended hours on Wednesdays to 4:15 pm
What We're Looking For:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Demonstrated experience in school-based settings preferred Strong skills in assessment, plan development, implementation, and progress monitoring Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs effectively Excellent communication and teamwork skills Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
