Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based $80,000-$106,000 Base + Up to $12,000 Annual Bonus Hybrid flexibility available Looking for a center-based BCBA role with a manageable caseload and real clinical support? We're partnering with a pediatric ABA provider in the greater Chicagoland area that prioritizes sustainable caseloads, strong RBT support, and collaborative leadership. This is a structured, team-oriented environment — not a volume-driven model.
