Job Description
Part time with the opportunity to build up to full time hours!
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans as written by the supervisor.
- Report back to supervisor on client matters.
- Being punctual
- Communicate and collaborate with your assigned team
- Collect data on programs and behaviors as instructed.
- Provide feedback to families during treatment sessions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Attend regular supervision meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with high fidelity.
- Patience and compassion when working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well with children
- Professionalism
Adaptability Required:
- Must have the RBT certification
- Must have experience as an RBT
- Must have reliable transportation
- Bachelors degree in related field is preferred but not required. About us
- The position is flexible, with the option to start part-time and transition to full-time if desired.
- We provide in-home based ABA therapy services.
