Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Take on a role where your work has real, measurable impact. We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within a large, collaborative organization. This flexible, contract-based position offers the chance to work across diverse school settings while making a meaningful difference in students' lives. Both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time schedules are available, allowing you to build a workload that fits your needs. The assignment runs from August 3, 2026 through May 21, 2027, providing continuity and the opportunity to see student growth over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster positive learning environments Deliver direct services and provide consultation in both general and special education settings Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as needed Train and support school staff in evidence-based behavioral practices
Qualifications:
