$108,000/year Must hold active BCBA certification - we are not considering students or candidates pursuing certification. Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role based in Hammond, IN, providing services in both clinic and in-home settings. If you are a BCBA based in Chicago's South Side or nearby suburbs, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-quality clinical role just across the Indiana border. About This Role This role includes both clinic-based services at our Hammond location and in-home services across Northwest Indiana. Our Hammond, IN clinic is conveniently located near the Illinois border, making it easily accessible from surrounding Chicago communities. We are looking for a clinician committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care while building strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers. What You'll Do Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy Provide parent training and caregiver coaching Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure clinical quality and adherence to ABA best practices What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field Experience with pediatric ABA preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and collaboration skills Commitment to high-quality, ethical clinical care Indiana BCBA license required (support provided for Illinois-based candidates to obtain licensure) Why Achievers ABA $108,000/year starting salary Performance bonus + referral bonus program Generous maternity/paternity leave Flexible scheduling Manageable, clinician-friendly caseloads Clinical autonomy with supportive leadership Collaborative and accountable team environment Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for BCBAs based in Chicago's South Side and nearby suburbs seeking a high-quality clinical position just across the Indiana border, with a combination of clinic-based and in-home services in Hammond, IN and surrounding Northwest Indiana areas.
