Progressive Behavior Solutions LLC is looking for a BCBA. Manages all aspects of client's programming including insurance authorizations, treatment planning, programming, parent training, training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), writing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with other therapy services the client receives. General Accountabilities Create and maintain client programming Analyze and provide ongoing plan for client's programming on a monthly basis Complete monthly reports for clients Create client behavior intervention plans and revise as needed Aid in behavioral support, including crisis management, as needed Conduct parent training at least monthly with each client's family Complete assessments for current and future clients Train and provide feedback to RBTs on an ongoing basis Conduct RBT Competency renewals Provide RBT supervision Write insurance authorization reports Conduct monthly team observation trainings with both RBTs on a client's team Meet billing quota for assigned clients Supervise assigned students seeking certification as

Job Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in
Applied Behavior Analysis Certification:
BCBA Experience:
2+ years of related experience as a BCBA level employee Has completed 8-hour BACB Supervisor Training course Skills Efficient computer skills including, but not limited to, data entry and internet use Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work independently Detail oriented and organized Excellent verbal and written communication Active listening Service orientation Training others Coordination of care Time management Monitoring Judgment and decision making
