As we grow, so do the opportunities — for advancement, leadership, and long-term impact across our organization. ✅ Comprehensive Benefits Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick leave 5 paid holidays per year CEU reimbursement & certification support Mentorship bonuses Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee referral bonus Clinical Responsibilities Carry a focused caseload of 6-8 clients with a billable expectation of 28 hours per week Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans grounded in ABA principles Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming proactively based on client progress and clinical need Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists — fostering professional growth and ensuring consistent, high-quality care Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support integrated, effective treatment across settings Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical discussions Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and company clinical standards at all times Leadership Responsibilities Drive clinic-wide clinical quality and measurable learner outcomes Oversee caseload distribution and supervision standards across the clinical team Lead, mentor, and develop RBTs and junior clinicians — building a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration Support hiring, onboarding, and the long-term development of clinical talent Partner with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic performance and alignment on strategic priorities Identify and cultivate future clinical leaders through intentional coaching and succession planning Contribute to workforce planning efforts, including care model optimization and team engagement initiatives that support both recruitment and retention What We're Looking For Qualifications Active BCBA certification and Illinois licensure in good standing Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience delivering ABA services to clients with autism in clinic-based and/or in-home settings Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CentralReach CPR/BLS certification (preferred) Leadership Profile Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop clinical staff Strong organizational and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Motivated to grow within the organization, with a strong commitment to clinical and professional development Confidence working cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and external stakeholders Before You Apply This is a fully in-person position at our Chicago, IL 60614 location.
We ask that applicants:
Hold an active BCBA certification and are licensed to practice in Illinois Are able to reliably commute to ZIP code 60614 for daily in-person work Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, education, and licensure.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
