Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active BCBA Certification required Prior experience supporting behavior management in early childhood settings is highly valued Ability to work a flexible schedule with at least three days on site (if hybrid) Successful completion of an in-person background check
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver behavioral support and coaching to PreK-K classes Rotate through assigned classrooms each quarter Conduct in-person observations and document interventions Collaborate with staff to enhance classroom management strategies
