Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a positive impact in a dynamic educational environment supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This contract opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis to improve student outcomes and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting a culture of learning and growth.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience providing ABA services in schools or similar settings preferred Strong communication and consultation skills Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Detail-oriented with strong data collection and analysis abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide training and ongoing support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and families Collaborate with school staff and related service providers to integrate ABA strategies across settings Analyze student progress data and adjust programs as necessary Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Promote positive, proactive school behavioral supports This contract is an excellent opportunity to bring your BCBA expertise to a supportive school setting while advancing your professional skills and making a difference in students' lives.
