Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school and transition-aged students near Elgin, IL. This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated professional with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials, ready to make a lasting impact using your specialized expertise.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Extensive experience working with high school and transition-aged students Proven background using assistive technology, particularly with students who have complex needs Strong collaborative and communication skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive behavioral analysis and intervention services to a diverse student population Collaborate with educational staff to implement effective behavior strategies and support individualized education plans (IEPs) Recommend and integrate assistive technology solutions to facilitate student learning and engagement Collect and analyze data to inform programming and adjust interventions as needed Provide coaching and training to school personnel and support staff on best practices Maintain documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
Work Schedule:
