Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -
Hiring Immediately Location:
Elgin.
Pay:
$18 - $26 per hour Part-time We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Elgin or Addison. This is a great opportunity to work one-on-one with children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities while growing your career in ABA therapy. We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated RBTs who want to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a supportive team. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention plans Track and record client progress Assist with daily living skills Support positive behavior and skill development Requirements Active RBT Certification (Required) Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred Good communication and documentation skills Reliable, compassionate, and professional Why Join Us?
