Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one support to clients in a clinical setting. This role requires patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping individuals build essential life skills. Key Responsibilities Provide direct, individualized 1:1 behavioral interventions while simultaneously facilitating social skill development in group settings within a center setting. Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity Facilitate learning opportunities through antecedent strategies and behavior reduction plans Support development of adaptive skills (e.g., potty training, tooth brushing, hand washing) Collect and record data using Theralytics and/or on paper Facilitate growth in social, communication, and daily living skills Collaborate with BCBAs Advocate for clients and promote positive outcomes Practice ethical decision-making in all situations Demonstrate solution-oriented thinking in dynamic environments Qualifications RBT Certification minimum 1 year of experience preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree required Ability to pass a background check Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA standards Strong professional communication skills with staff and families Team-oriented mindset with flexibility in daily tasks Commitment to treating others with compassion, dignity, and respect What We Offer Health insurance Paid Time Off 401K Paid on-site training Safety Care Training IMPACT Enrollment Ongoing mentorship
