We know that the best therapy happens when our team feels supported, valued, and empowered. How You'll Make an Impact As an RBT at Valora, you are the architect of joyful learning. You will work 1:1 with incredible kiddos in a vibrant clinic setting to:
Help Them Find Their Voice:
Guide children as they learn to communicate their wants, needs, and ideas with the world.
Build Lifelong Friendships:
Facilitate interactive group settings where you'll teach vital social skills, helping kiddos connect, play, and share with peers.
Foster True Independence:
Celebrate the big "I did it!" moments by teaching essential life skills, from potty training and handwashing to tooth brushing. Thrive in a

Lean on your fellow RBTs to share creative ideas, collaborate on group activities, and maintain a high-energy, positive environment. Track the

Keep data organized and accurate, ensuring we can vividly map and celebrate each child's progress alongside their families and our BCBAs. What We Are Looking For Active RBT Certification (Required): You've earned your credentials, now let's maximize your impact!
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred/required.
Experience:
1 year of RBT experience is preferred, but your passion, adaptability, and energy matter most.
Mindset:
A team-oriented professional who treats others with compassion, dignity, and respect.
