Key Qualifications:

Active and valid BCBA certification is required. Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in behavior management strategies, coaching, and positive reinforcement. Ability and willingness to rotate among different classrooms each quarter. Commitment to completing on-site observations and adhering to in-person background check protocols (processing times may vary seasonally; plan for 2-6 weeks). Minimum of 3 days per week on-site, with additional flexibility as needed for hybrid scheduling.

Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted behavior support and intervention within PreK and Kindergarten classrooms. Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and staff to implement effective behavior management plans. Conduct regular, in-person observations to assess classroom environments, coaching educators in best practices. Adapt to rotating assignments, ensuring continuity and quality of services across multiple settings. Communicate clearly with educational teams and families to monitor progress and maintain goal alignment.
