Job Description
Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavior consultation services to K-8 school districts near Grayslake, IL. What you will do Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide staff training and coaching in school settings Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams What we're looking for BCBA certification required Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Strong data collection and analysis skills Interest in school-based ABA and special education systems Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach BCBAs without prior school experience are encouraged to apply. Mentorship and support are provided.
