9681638-60031 Job Description Step into a dynamic per diem opportunity working directly with high school students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This specialized setting calls for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to make a lasting impact through tailored assessments, evidence-based strategies, and practical recommendations for staff members. Initial assignments run from October 2026 through May 28, 2027, with the potential for expanded hours based on fit and student needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current BCBA certification required Experience working with adolescent populations, preferably high school-aged students with ASD Strong skills in behavioral assessment, functional analysis, and the development of intervention plans Ability to collaborate professionally with educators and support staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating plans and conducting staff consultations
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for a high school student with ASD Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs Generate data-driven recommendations to empower staff in delivering consistent support Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and feedback to school personnel Document progress and adjust approaches as needed throughout the school year This per diem role offers flexibility, professional autonomy, and the chance to help shape a supportive educational environment.
