In this vital role, you will oversee the implementation of personalized care plans, implement treatment protocol, and ensure the delivery of compassionate patient care. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, ensuring alignment with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and special education. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and self-care skills through engaging teaching strategies and behavioral management techniques. Conduct data collection during therapy sessions to track progress, inform treatment adjustments, and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and provide education on behavior management strategies and autism support techniques. Supervise RBT Clinical Lead and staff RBTs, providing training on ABA terminology, behavior intervention plans, and ethical standards outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Ensure all documentation related to patient care, medical records, and treatment progress is complete, accurate, and securely maintained. Support clients in home-based settings by applying ABA principles for children with neurodevelopmental disorders while adhering to safety protocols and confidentiality standards. Qualifications Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, including those with developmental delays or autism spectrum disorders. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health, and behavior management techniques. Knowledge of ABA billing compliance, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance related to patient privacy. Experience assisting with routine ABA treatment sessions and supporting individuals across various age groups in clinical environments. Ability to collect data systematically during therapy sessions to measure progress effectively. Familiarity with special education practices, behavior intervention plans, and autism spectrum disorder support strategies. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
