This full-time, contract opportunity begins with the first day of school on August 11 and continues through the end of the academic year, ending May 21, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Strong background in school-based or pediatric behavioral analysis preferred Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with educators, support staff, students, and families Commitment to fostering inclusive, positive learning environments Strong analytical and observation skills PEL is not required for this position
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver behavioral assessments and create data-driven intervention plans for students district-wide Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement evidence-based strategies Monitor student progress, adjust approaches as needed, and regularly report outcomes to stakeholders Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing coaching for staff on best practices in behavioral intervention Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and legal requirements Support the development and maintenance of safe, structured learning environments This position offers stability with a set schedule throughout the school year and the opportunity to make a direct and positive impact on student success across multiple campuses.
