Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required Previous experience supporting students within K-12 educational settings is highly valued Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to work in multiple school environments Professional Educator License (PEL) is not required

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans Support district-wide behavioral programs, modeling strategies for staff members Provide training, consultation, and ongoing guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other stakeholders Monitor students progress, bake data-driven recommendations, and adjust interventions as necessary Consult on and help implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to promote student success Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and communicate progress with families
