Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license in the state of Illinois is required Experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Commitment to upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one and small group behavioral interventions in accordance with individualized education and behavior plans Collect and maintain reliable data on student progress Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support students behavioral and educational goals Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings as needed Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment Communicate effectively with families and professionals regarding student progress
