Job Description

Job Overview Maha Behavioral Health Services is an in-home ABA therapy provider in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. We are currently hiring an enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. At Maha, we offer regular supervision and full support from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a collaborative environment. We are dedicated to treating the child while training and supporting the family, and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional opportunities for our staff members. We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team. The responsibilities for this role include:
  • Providing direct 1:1 therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home settings.
  • Implementing and running programming developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collecting data during sessions while targeting skills related to social interaction, play, and basic life skills.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of ABA fundamentals during supervised sessions.
  • Implementing behavior management strategies effectively.
  • Maintaining a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes for all clients. Experience
  • Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral issues is preferred.
  • Education:
    A high school diploma or GED is required; however, a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
