Salary Range:
$65,000•85,000 annually About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is partnering with a strong and collaborative special education cooperative in Joliet, IL to hire two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you will support multiple schools within the cooperative by helping strengthen behavioral programming, supporting specialized classrooms, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive environment that prioritizes collaboration and strong clinical support. AnthroMed currently has several clinicians working within this cooperative who all speak very highly of the team and culture. What You'll Do Provide behavioral consultation and programming support to schools within the cooperative Conduct observations, functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Support teachers and school staff with behavior strategies and implementation Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and families Provide mentorship, consultation, and professional guidance across supported districts Maintain documentation aligned with school and state guidelines Role Options The director is looking to hire two BCBAs with slightly different focuses: BCBA Role #1 Support low-incidence Autism classrooms Provide behavior programming and consultation for specialized classrooms BCBA Role #2 Support the early childhood social-emotional program Provide consultation and mentorship to districts within the cooperative (a "floater" style role) Caseload Details Early childhood through 8th grade student population Work collaboratively with two additional full-time BCBAs Support multiple schools within the cooperative Focus on program development, behavioral consultation, and staff support Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification•required Strong collaboration, consultation, and communication skills Why Join AnthroMed Education Full medical, dental, and vision insurance through UnitedHealthcare (Medical PPO with $0 payroll deduction) 401(k) with 100% employer match up to 3% (starting Day 1) Paid parental leave and short-term disability (100% employer-sponsored) Yearly material stipend and full licensure reimbursement Access to therapy materials, CEU resources, and guest speaker series Bi-weekly team meetings and peer support 1:1 guidance from a Clinical Director Weekly salary paid over 52 weeks (includes holidays, breaks, and paid time off) A collaborative, supportive, and responsive culture dedicated to your success Learn more about us: www.
