Schedule:

Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)

Compensation:

$23.00 - $25.00/hour (pending experience) Join Our Pediatric ABA Team! RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time BCBA Student/ ABA Case Manager to join our collaborative pediatric team. This role is ideal for a BCBA student enrolled in graduate-level ABA coursework who is actively working toward certification and has completed or is working toward 1,000+ fieldwork hours. Under the supervision of a BCBA , you will provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, implement treatment plans, collect behavioral data, support families, and help children develop meaningful skills. This position also offers opportunities to manage a small caseload, support team training, and gain valuable clinical leadership experience. Why Join Us?

As a BT with us, you'll have the chance to advance in your career. Students working towards an RBT and/or Master's in ABA are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Responsibilities

+ Implement ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies

+ Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to pediatric patients

+ Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data

+ Communicate with families and interdisciplinary team members

+ Support client programming and documentation under BCBA supervision

+ Participate in team meetings and care coordination

+ Assist with training and onboarding Behavior Technicians and RBTs

+ Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

+ Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis + 1,000+ fieldwork hours completed or in progress

+ CPR certification required

+ RBT certification preferred
