We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about helping children learn, grow, and develop important life skills. Not RBT Certified? No Problem! If you're interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) , we offer a FREE 40-hour RBT training program to help you begin your career in ABA. No prior RBT certification is required—we'll help you get started.

Location:
In-person sessions at our Oak Lawn center and in clients' homes within a 5-mile radius What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect accurate data and document client progress during each session Help children build independence and achieve meaningful treatment goals Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and fellow team members Maintain professional, ethical, and compassionate standards of care What We're Looking For Current RBT certification or willingness to become certified through our FREE 40-hour RBT training program High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred) A passion for working with children and helping others succeed Experience working with children, autism, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable transportation Dependable, patient, positive, and eager to learn Schedule Preferred availability: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-7:00 PM Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday) is highly preferred Flexible scheduling available We are open 7 days a week Full-time and part-time opportunities available Schedules are created based on employee availability and client needs Why Join ACT?
