Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Join a dynamic and collaborative educational team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students across diverse school settings. This contract opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping students build positive behavioral, academic, and social-emotional outcomes in a supportive learning environment. Flexible scheduling options are available, including both full-time (37.5 hours per week) and part-time opportunities, allowing you to create a schedule that works best for you. The assignment runs from August 2026 through May 2027, providing consistency and the opportunity to see long-term student progress and success. Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support positive student outcomes and inclusive learning environments Provide direct behavioral services and consultation within general and special education programs Collect, analyze, and interpret student data to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Train and support school personnel in evidence-based behavioral techniques and classroom management strategies Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB Previous experience working in K-12 school settings preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for supporting student growth, achievement, and behavioral success This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated BCBA seeking flexibility, professional collaboration, and the ability to make a direct impact in students' lives.
