About Us ABACus Therapy Center is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis center dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA will design, implement, and supervise ABA therapy programs, working closely with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans. Design and oversee data-driven ABA interventions to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and progress. Monitor client progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. State licensure. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year experience developing and implementing ABA programs. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methodologies, and ethical standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and teams. Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
