Your Role:

Behavior Technician We're looking for an energetic, flexible, and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our Naperville team! In this part-time, center-based position, you'll work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills. You'll bring the curiosity and compassion—we'll bring the training, structure, and mentorship you need to shine.

What You'll Do:

Teach and support children using engaging, evidence-based strategies Promote independence, empowerment, and self-advocacy Encourage communication, connection, and joy in learning Collect data and celebrate progress along the way Collaborate with a BCBA who designs individualized programs for each learner No ABA experience? No problem! We provide paid training , hands-on mentorship , and full support to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential if you choose.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

$19/hour
