team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership What You'll Do Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients for your assigned caseload, following programming written by a BCBA Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time Build strong, trusting relationships with the children on your caseload and make every session a fun experience What's Required High school diploma or equivalent Active Registered Behavior Technician certification with the BACB upon start What You'll Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with a variety of computer applications A friendly, engaging personality with strong ability to connect with children and their families Comfort working independently with minimal supervision during assigned hours What Makes You a Great Fit Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable.
