Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans as written by the supervisor.
• Report back to supervisor on client matters.
• Being punctual
• Communicate and collaborate with your assigned team
• Collect data on programs and behaviors as instructed.
• Provide feedback to families during treatment sessions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Attend regular supervision meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Skills:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families.
• Ability to follow behavior intervention plans with high fidelity.
• Patience and compassion when working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Attention to detail for accurate data collection and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability Required:

• Must have the RBT certification.
• Must have experience as an RBT.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Bachelors degree in related field is preferred but not required. About us
