Register Behavior Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and maintain accurate records of client performance through data collection platform. Ensure billing for all appointments through online platform session conversion within specified period of time Implement treatment plans across multiple domains; including communication (receptive and expressive language), social-emotional skills, daily living skills, and gross motor skills Ability to perform data analysis and make data-based decisions for skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines Participate in trainings provided to increase professional knowledge by attending in person, through video conferencing and/or watching the recorded trainings A passion for working with children Access to personal transportation Prior ABA therapy experience is a plus
