In this role, you'll collaborate closely with classroom teachers and Intensive Behavioral Interventionists (IBIs) to deliver and refine targeted behavioral support protocols. Your knowledge and experience will guide the implementation of evidence-based plans and foster positive outcomes for students with diverse needs.

Qualifications and Experience:

Active BCBA certification Previous experience in school settings, preferably therapeutic or special education environments Strong understanding of IEP process, goal development, and progress monitoring Exceptional collaborative and communication skills Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced, student-centered environment

Core Responsibilities:

Support classroom staff and IBIs in the consistent implementation of behavior support protocols Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of current behavior plans Collaborate as a valued member of the school team to revise intervention strategies, ensuring goals and objectives outlined in each students IEP are met Provide expertise and consultative support for a variety of student age groups as part of a dedicated school district network Deliver hands-on guidance and training to staff in evidence-based behavioral practices Youll thrive in an environment invested in collaboration, professional growth, and student success.
