  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
The RBT will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to clients, fostering their development and improving their quality of life. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA. Collect and document data on client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Provide direct support in various settings, including home, clinic, or community environments. Engage clients in therapeutic activities that promote learning and skill acquisition. Maintain clear communication with families regarding client progress and any concerns that arise. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis and patient care. Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes. Arrive to client sessions promptly and prepared. Experience Experience preferred. Ideal candidates will possess experience or knowledge in the following areas: Special education and/or ABA practices and principles. Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques, particularly applied behavior analysis (ABA). Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or other developmental disorders. Strong communication skills. Experience with data collection and input.
