Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for an impactful contract position supporting K-12 students across a broad geographic region. With positions available to serve various locales, you'll provide specialized services in dynamic educational settings. Key Qualifications:
Certified as a Behavior Analyst through the IDFPR (Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation) National BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with K-12 youth in school-based or similar environments preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently across multiple locations as needed Open to itinerant travel within assigned areas
Core Responsibilities:
Provide functional behavior assessments and design effective behavior intervention plans for K-12 students Deliver direct and consultative ABA services within school settings Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other educational staff to support student success Offer guidance and training to school teams and caregivers on evidence-based behavioral strategies Maintain required documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines Adapt plans and approaches to best meet students' unique needs and the needs of each site This contract spans from August 3rd, 2026 through May 21st, 2027, with opportunities for placements in Aurora, Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, or itinerant roles across neighboring districts.
