As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and families to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy. Salary Range:

team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership BCBA Development Program; structured support for RBTs pursuing their Master's and BCBA credential What You'll Do Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time Participate in weekly team meetings with clinic's ABA team Maintain targeted caseload of 30 therapy hours per week What's Required High school diploma or equivalent Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire What You'll Bring Strong verbal and written communication skills Competence with a variety of computer applications Comfortable persona to better develop relationships with children and their families What Makes You a Great Fit Your passion for working with children with special needs, along with a commitment to building strong relationships and making every session engaging and enjoyable.
