Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

ABA clinic is looking for new or experienced motivated BCBA's to join our growing therapy team! Help make amazing changes in kiddos while having fun at the same. Autism Therapy Solutions is an exciting growing company that works on providing the best ABA therapy possible that goes beyond the expected to deliver amazing results! We offer both in clinic and in home therapy. The clinic provides an exciting dynamic experience, which includes a school program, themed days, field trips, and fun parent meet and greets.

Duties:

• Supervise a team of RBT's both in the clinic and in home settings
• Perform Assessments

ABLLS, FAST, ABC

Recording, VBMAPP, Vineland, etc.

• Write and design treatment and behavior plans
• Use ABA clinical software to input and monitor treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans with therapists and clients
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to therapists
• Provide ongoing parent trainings
• Report to BCBA clinical director

Requirements:

• Minimal travel requirments within close proximity to the center.
