- Part-time, Full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Bright Minds Consulting LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing clinical team.

Ethics Code, and company compliance requirements Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all assigned servicesQualifications Required:
Active RBT certification in good standing High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to pass background screening and any required clearancesPreferred:
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field Experience in home-based, clinic-based, or school-based ABA services Physical Requirements Ability to actively engage with children throughout therapy sessions Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, lift, and move quickly as needed Ability to respond safely to behavioral situations using approved training procedures Compensation & Benefits Bright Minds Consulting offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.Benefits may include:
