Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 416 East Roosevelt Rd, Suite 101-B, Wheaton, Illinois 60187 Are you passionate about helping children with autism thrive? Join the dedicated team at ACT - Autism Care Therapy and make a real difference every day! We're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are caring, reliable, and excited to help children reach their full potential through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Position Details Job Type:
Part-time/or full time hours
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
Location:
In-person sessions at our center and in-home (within 5-mile radius)
What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder Follow behavior and treatment plans created by a BCBA Track progress and behaviors during sessions Support communication, social, and life skill development Collaborate with families and team members Maintain RBT standards and professional ethics
What We're Looking For:
RBT certification required High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience with autism or developmental disabilities Strong communication and people skills Reliable transportation
Schedule:
