r44733-60090 Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Wheeling, IL ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a school-based position with Wheeling Community Consolidated School District 21 in Illinois. This is a new position created to provide additional behavioral support for elementary programs and students with higher needs.

Position Details:

Start date: ASAP End date: December 2026, with the possibility of extension Monday through

Friday Hours:

8:45 a.m.3:30 p.m. Elementary school setting No assigned caseload Provide general building support for students with higher behavioral needs Help strengthen programming and provide additional behavioral guidance Pay starting at $45 per hour, with potential to increase based on experience

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification required Appropriate Illinois licensure or credentials Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred Strong behavioral assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills School-based experience is preferred
