Essential Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or behavioral settings Strong understanding of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school staff, students, and families Ability to implement behavior intervention plans with consistency and professionalism Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one or in small groups, implementing individualized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision Track student progress, recording accurate data and maintaining detailed documentation Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, and other therapists to ensure holistic support for students Provide positive reinforcement and teach adaptive skills to promote student independence and success Support students in general education and special education classrooms Participate in team meetings and contribute insights to optimize student outcomes Working in this role, you'll enrich the learning experience for students while developing your expertise in behavioral health.
