Overview Hiring for a part time RBT in the Boonville Indiana area for in home therapy. Afternoon hours Email your resume to admin@lifestyleabatherapy.com Join our dedicated team as a RBT, where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This rewarding position involves implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions and fostering meaningful progress for clients. You will work closely with children and their families to promote growth, independence, and improved quality of life through compassionate, structured support. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference while advancing your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis. Duties Deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on skill development and behavior management. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, feeding, and toileting, promoting independence. Collect and analyze data on client behaviors to monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies accordingly. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching social skills, communication techniques, and adaptive behaviors using evidence-based methods. Maintain detailed medical records and documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and behavioral assessments using appropriate medical terminology. Foster a positive therapeutic environment by building trusting relationships with clients and their families while adhering to confidentiality protocols. Requirements RBT license required Session notes to be completed within the same day as session Device to be utilized for data collection, note completion, and occasional telehealth supervision with BCBA (supervision will be a combination of in person and telehealth). Experience with children and familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management strategies. Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress accurately and efficiently. Commitment to patient care principles, including confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
