Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available $70-$90 per hour + Bonuses At B Above , we believe great clinical care starts with empowered clinicians. We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about making meaningful change in the lives of children and families. What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Master's degree in ABA or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism Ready to Grow With Us?
