Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a district float. This position places you at the heart of school-based services, making a tangible impact on various campuses and collaborating with dedicated education professionals.
What You'll Bring:
Current BCBA certification and active licensure Previous experience in schools or with K-12 student populations preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt quickly across different classrooms and environments Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered behavioral interventions
Role Highlights:
Serve a diverse caseload of K-12 students, addressing a broad spectrum of behavioral needs Float between campuses as needed, providing district-wide expertise and support Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Mentor, train, and consult with school staff and families to implement strategies effectively Use data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Ensure all work aligns with school policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices This contract role offers the opportunity to positively influence the lives of students across grade levels, contribute to collaborative IEP teams, and continually expand your skills through multi-site experience.
