CTS prides itself on the exemplary ABA services we provide to individuals while working as part of a larger interdisciplinary team. We believe in programs to meet everyone's unique needs and strengths. Our programs, which are specifically tailored for everyone, improve communications, build functional living skills, foster friendships, and lead to better more fulfilled lives. The current open position is looking for a practitioner who has or who is currently obtaining their level I or level II Behavior Therapist approval through the state of Illinois. The open position will be tasked with supporting adults with various diagnosis living in a CILA, with family members, or on their own, who may attend day program, home day programming or may have a community job.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform assessments
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plan
- Conduct monthly and annual reviews
- Modify programs, as needed
- Provide staff training
- Supervise fidelity of programs
- Conduct visits / direct observations
- Data management & analysis
- Communicate with IDT members Qualifications include:
- Must be fun, energetic, and reliable
- Skilled in time management
- Some driving involved
- Commitment to Applied Behavior Analysis principles and approach
