Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school-based role near Floyds Knobs, IN. This contract position offers the opportunity to serve as a district floating BCBA, supporting a diverse caseload across multiple educational settings.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working with K-12 student populations preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to travel between school sites within the district Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with educators, families, and support staff
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students across a range of ages and needs Consult with instructional teams to promote effective implementation of recommended behavioral strategies Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff implementing behavior plans Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform program planning and measure student progress Deliver training to staff and parents to ensure consistency and understanding of behavior intervention protocols Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student support planning as needed As the district float BCBA, you'll benefit from the variety and challenge of serving multiple schools, collaborating closely with a committed team of professionals dedicated to student success.
