Job Description
Start a hands-on career and change lives with us at Children's Autism Center! $16-$22.25/hr | Full-time | Monday-Friday, 8:45 a.m.-5:15 p.m. We're a local nonprofit providing high-quality, medically supported therapy for children with autism and developmental/language delays. As a nonprofit, CAC reinvests every dollar back in our clients, staff, programs, and community. No Certification? No Problem. We'll train you! Children's Autism Center provides paid, on-site training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with children and gain hands-on experience in ABA, teaching, healthcare, psychology, or human services. As an RBT, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy to turn everyday activities into opportunities for connection, confidence, and independence.

You'll:
Lead fun, goal-focused therapy sessions through play, practice, and encouragement Follow individualized plans created by our clinical team Help children communicate, participate, and navigate daily routines Partner with behavior analysts and teammates to support each child's care Record progress and complete daily notesPhysical Requirements:
This job involves being on your feet and active, including running after eloping clients, getting up and down from the ground quickly and frequently, and lifting up to 40 lbs. You'll be kneeling, bending, and moving quickly to keep our kids safe and supported throughout the day.Requirements:
