Job Description

Wabash Center, Inc. is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst -BCBA -$5,000 Sign on bonus in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time position. We are actively hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services focused on assessment, intervention, supervision, and collaboration to support individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized treatment goals and plans Implement and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Supervision Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards Data & Documentation Collect and review behavioral data Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records Document client progress Collaboration Work with caregivers, teachers, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in team meetings and case discussions Program Support Assist with administrative tasks and program development Engage in continuing education Maintain compliance with state, federal, and BACB requirements Organization Wabash Center- Soar Schedule Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 4: 00 PM No evenings, weekends, or on-call hours
