Job Description
At this time we do not have seasonal (summer) positions available. Are you ready to start a career journey that will help children learn new skills and reach their full potential all while working with an amazing team? Do you want to become an RBT? Are you currently working as an RBT and looking for structured programming and a team committed to client's progress? Then Join Innovations in Learning - one of the 1st ABA Clinics in this area! A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for providing 1:1 teaching for a specific caseload of children in the ABA clinic. An RBT works directly with children with autism or other intellectual disabilities using verbal behavior teaching skills. Each RBT receives daily support from our BCBA's and Supervisor Team. Our clinic based ABA sessions are done from 9:00 am - 3:45 pm with no traveling or nights/weekends.
