Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of behaviors Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of interventions Perform client assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations, to establish baseline functioning Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure consistency across environments Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality Skills Extensive experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of behavioral health, applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment, and behavior intervention techniques Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and medical documentation standards Ability to perform comprehensive client assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Experience working in home-based settings, schools, or clinical environments with children with disabilities Excellent communication skills for client interaction, family education, and interdisciplinary collaboration Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision while adhering to ethical standards and best practices Join us if you are passionate about applying your expertise in behavioral psychology to empower children with developmental disabilities.
